With an abundance of garlic harvested from the Fire Station it is time to try dehydrating garlic. It stores well and will rehydrate easily. Using an antique slicer helps ensure all slices are similar thicknesses. Parchment paper or screens will keep the slices from falling through the cracks. These took about 12 hours to get to the stage the slices would snap in half easily.
